1. Data Security
- Encrypted connection: All pages and forms of the Website operate over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Infrastructure protection: The Website runs behind Cloudflare's content delivery and security infrastructure; malicious traffic and excessive requests are limited.
- Form protection: Forms are protected against automated (bot) submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, and large numbers of submissions in a short time are blocked.
- Data minimisation: Form and poll records do not store your IP address itself, only a one-way encrypted hash of it.
- Access control: Only our authorised employees can access form records, to the extent required for their duties; actions in the admin panel are logged. Data is backed up regularly.
- Restriction of third-party code: The external resources the Website can load in your browser are restricted by a security policy to the services listed in this text.
2. Information Collected and How It Is Used
Information such as your first name, surname, telephone, email, province, company and message, which you share voluntarily through the information and quote, service and solution partnership forms on the Website, is used to respond to your request, carry out quote and service processes and evaluate your application. Form records are stored in the Website's database, notified to the relevant team by email and transferred to Google Sheets for internal team follow-up. If you have not given consent to commercial electronic messages, your information is not used to send marketing messages.
3. Third-Party Services Used
- Content delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc. All requests to the Website are routed through Cloudflare's infrastructure; in the process, technical information such as IP address and browser information is processed by Cloudflare.
- Form security: The Cloudflare Turnstile service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. is used to protect forms against automated (bot) submissions and misuse. Turnstile processes technical information about the browser and device (e.g. IP address, browser type and version) to verify in the background whether the visitor is a human. How this data is processed by Cloudflare is explained in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Email and record tracking: Form notification emails are sent via the Yandex 360 email infrastructure; form records are transferred to Google Sheets for internal team follow-up.
- Measurement and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are loaded through Google Tag Manager only if you consent to marketing cookies. If you do not give consent, no requests are sent to these services. The information you enter in forms is not sent to these tools.
- Videos: YouTube videos are not loaded until you press the play button, and they open in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- External links: Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media links open the relevant service in a new page; there are no embedded maps or social media plug-ins on the Website. The pre-filled message in WhatsApp links is not sent to anyone unless you send it. The Website is not responsible for the privacy practices of linked sites.
Fonts and images are loaded from the Website's own server; no requests are sent to third-party services for this purpose.
4. Sharing of Data
Personal data collected through the Website is not shared with third parties other than the service providers listed above, our authorised service providers and dealers to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, and in response to legal obligations and duly made requests from authorised public institutions and organisations. Personal data is never sold, rented or traded as a commercial commodity.
5. Data Retention and Your Rights
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and for the retention periods set out in the legislation; when that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You can request the correction or deletion of your stored personal data, and exercise your other rights under the KVKK, by writing to [email protected]. Retention periods and the application procedure are explained in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
6. Cookies
