The finesse of a true espresso depends on the quality of the water and the pressure stability of the machine. Spirix EP-20 has a far more precise structure than standard brewing filters. Its ion exchange resin softens the water, eliminates the need for corrosive daily cleaning and stops limescale from forming inside the machine. With its micro dual membranes and an activated carbon layer made from natural coconut shell, it filters out chlorine, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), unpleasant odours and particles down to 0.5 microns (bacteria, viruses, cysts). The high-flow water it delivers at constant pressure preserves the natural aroma of the coffee bean while helping you achieve perfect crema.
