DUO UV protection with pre-filtration

Well, rain or tank water may carry a risk of bacteria and viruses; mains water can also become contaminated in building plumbing and storage tanks. Rainwater DUO UV 2100 is a system that sterilises water with UV-C light without using chemicals; it does not alter the taste or odour of the water and creates no by-products.
Who is Rainwater DUO UV 2100 suitable for?
For apartment buildings and housing estates, hotels, restaurants, cafés, social and sports facilities, agricultural and livestock applications, and places that use rain and well water. It sterilises up to 1.7 m³ of water per hour (at a dose of 25 mJ/cm²).
How does it work?
Water passes through a treatment chamber containing a 25 W UV lamp; UV-C light inactivates microorganisms by preventing them from reproducing. In the DUO system, there is a pre-filter ahead of the UV unit. The pre-filter captures suspended solids, helping UV light penetrate the water effectively and improving sterilisation performance.

Installation and maintenance
